Students’ Feedback: An effective tool for faculties’ evaluation
Given the fact that students’ feedback is an integral part of strengthening and refining teaching-learning pedagogy, beside an effective tool for teachers' evaluation, Feedback Form has been designed by College to seek feedback from students twice in a semester- before Class Test-I and soon after the completion of MID Test. Students provide feedback on teachers teaching methodology, their classroom behaviour, interaction, knowledge and communication skills. Feedback from the students is taken into consideration. Conflicts and misunderstanding are resolved through discussion. In case, the teachers fail to come up to majority of students expectations, they are replaced immediately. College management is ready to change the faculty again until the favourable response is received from most of the students.
